We are sure you will be satisfied with our VCD products and we always send to you a proof before creating your invitation to give you a chance to review everything and make sure it is to your taste and satisfaction. If you received any items damaged, we will gladly replace them. Please email us with your order and amount of items received damaged, and any other relevant info. A customer care representative will get back to you shortly.
Exchanges
We can not offer exchanges on items already customized and created. We offer sample views and proofs on all of our Cd Invitations to give you a chance to review your invitation before the final item is created.

We do not share customer information (including e-mail addresses) with any other companies. All photos submitted remain confidential and are only used for your products created.
